Great hotel with its free Wi-Fi, bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find places with good exchange rates. I highly recommend this place for a romantic escape!

Fairly clean and fabulous hotel with excellent view over the gardens. New-fashioned & compact room, a trouser press, complementary tea and a coffee table in there. Amazingly great personnel who took it to the manager, lovely bed. Tasty and marvellous breakfast, magnificent location in the early hours by a taxi. Based right by a great restaurant, the centre of Oxford, which was about 1.5 miles, and very frequent buses go To Oxford Centre...

Hip new hotel in a very quite area of Oxford. Attentive and pleasant staff at all times. Fab meals with soft drinks. A such wonderful stay in February.

Exceptionally comfortable beds in our double room. Very impressed with a private safe, an iron and an electronic key card available. Marvellous and enjoyable location, a minute walk from a historic church. Also - right by restaurant, main motorways, and Oxford.
Flooded bathroom.

The modern rooms were clean and fresh and the location was brilliant, close enough to be able to get to and from city centre with ease but in a quiet location
There was a party on the saturday night and the music, in particular the bass, was very loud and went on until quite late.On calling reception it seemed there had been many complaints but the music didn't get any quieter

Request a room away from the street for a quieter experience, especially if you're sensitive to noise at night.

We really had a nice stay - good location for Oxford - excellent bus service into town at the bottom of the road - buses run every 10 mins - another thing we did was walk in along the riverside which was very pleasant - it takes about 3/4 of an hour but is perfectly flat - we also used the taxi service into Oxford which cost about £5 a trip - to be honest it couldn't be easier to get into town.. The hotel itself was really good and great value for money - very comfortable bed, friendly staff and really good food - we really felt at home there and will definately be returning - we travel quite a lot and this hotel certainly is worth a visit.Another thing worth a look is the charming area down the road to the left of the hotel .

great stay but room service needs improvement
The cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me deeply. The staff members were friendly and always available to assist with any inquiries.
The room service menu could use serious enhancement.

Riverside walk access, Well-maintained garden area, Spacious grounds
Poor room maintenance with worn-out furniture and stained carpets!!! Noise disturbances from events like weddings make resting impossible!!! Consider offering better climate control for comfort!!!
