Request a room away from the street for a quieter experience, especially if you're sensitive to noise at night.

Poor room maintenance with worn-out furniture and stained carpets!!! Noise disturbances from events like weddings make resting impossible!!! Consider offering better climate control for comfort!!!

Had a great time with friends! We explored the nearby riverside paths and stunning architecture. The rooms were spacious, and the location made it easy to walk into town. The bar area was also very inviting. Would definitely recommend for a fun getaway.
One downside was the limited menu options for lunch. it would have been nice to have sandwiches available.

Complicated check-in processes!!! Noise disturbances from events like weddings create an awkward atmosphere for other guests. The decor feels dated, which is disappointing for a four-star establishment!!!

Great Hotel for Couples
I especially enjoyed sitting at the bar in the evening, chatting with some of the employees, they were just so friendly and made us feel at home.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the experience, it was worth it.

The Mercure had stunning grounds, perfect for relaxation. The quirky decor throughout made the place feel unique. My room, the Privilege Double Room, was spotless and cozy, a delight to return to after exploring. Staff showcased genuine friendliness, always ready to assist. The breakfast spread offered plenty of delicious options, making mornings enjoyable. I noticed some areas needing improvement. The room temperature control wasn't ideal. it took a while to warm up in the evenings. the public transport to the hotel was quite irregular, leading to a frustrating wait for buses. There were times when I wished for clearer instructions on transport options. While I loved the charm, a bit more heating consistency in the room would elevate the stay.

The room was fantastic, way bigger than I expected, with a really cool design that made it feel special. I loved lounging in the peaceful garden and chilling on the sun terrace after a long day of sightseeing. The only downside was that food options were a bit limited in the evening, but overall it was a lovely stay! 😊
